Simmons BSN Prerequisite Appeal Form

This form is to be used by prospective or admitted transfer students or Dix Scholars requesting an exception to our BSN prerequisite policies. Students who are already enrolled at Simmons cannot use this form, and must instead contact your academic advisor. Please fill out this form and provide the necessary documentation for your situation. After reviewing your appeal and documentation, the nursing department will determine whether an exception can be approved. You may be asked to provide additional documentation before a decision is reached. You will be notified of the outcome of your appeal in writing. Response time will vary based on our volume of appeals at the time your request is received, but you can generally expect a response within one to two weeks.

Please fill out the below form ONLY if you have received your TCE (Transfer Credit Evaluation). If you have not yet received this, please contact your Admission Counselor before filling out this form.
